Sizing Guide

Use our sizing guide to find the perfect fit. Measure yourself and compare with the charts below.

How to Measure

For the most accurate measurements, use a soft measuring tape and measure directly over your undergarments.

  • Shoulder Width: Measure the distance between the highest points of the shoulder bones on both the left and right sides.
  • Sleeve Length: Measure straight down from the highest point of the shoulder.
  • Chest Width (Bust): Measure a full circle around the fullest part of the chest (across the bust point/nipples), ensuring the measuring tape is kept flat and level straight across the back.
  • Garment Length: Locate the prominent bone at the base of the back of the neck (the nape). Measure straight down from this bone to the desired length of the garment.
  • Waist Width: Measure entirely around the narrowest part of the natural waistline, making sure the measuring tape remains flat and level across the back.
