Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We offer standard shipping options. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. KAFUR DESIGN has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

No Returns on International Orders
