All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is made with care and may carry subtle variations that are characteristic of handcrafted goods — not defects.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@kafur.design with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and make it right.
